February 8, 2012: We Are All Brooklyn hosted their 10th Anniversary Community Forum, From Fear and Hate to HOPE: Getting There Together, on February 8, 2012. This forum is the first in a series of conversations between Brooklyn community leaders to craft a plan of action for the borough. Join us to hear from keynote speaker Reverend Alfonso Wyatt, Vice President of Fund for the City of New York, in addition to a panel of key Brooklyn leaders that will discuss the current opportunities and challenges facing our borough.
Forum participants hear a keynote from Rev. Alfonso Wyatt and continued the conversation in smaller working groups.
June 15, 2011: We Are All Brooklyn Fellowship hosted a conference for community leaders and professionals so they could knowledge and resources to their communities. They learned skills in advocating for, organizing around, and understanding healthy eating.
Fellows lead various discussions on the importance of
healthy living and halthy eating.

September 1, 2010 - We Are All Brooklyn hosted the second annual Diversity Night with the Brooklyn Cyclones at MCU Park. This year's honorees were Maura Bluestone, President and CEO of Affinity Health Plan; Wendy Goldstein, President and CEO of Lutheran HealthCare; and WAAB Fellowship Alum Samuel Pierre, Brooklyn Borough Director, Office of the Mayor, Community Affairs Unit. The honorees were given awards on the field and each threw out a ceremonial first pitch. Attendees enjoyed an evening of baseball from a luxury box and were joined by Councilman Michael Nelson and representatives of Brooklyn Borough President Marty Markowitz.
